Resistant and permanent colour marking
ART-tech® is a high-quality coloured ceramic specifically developed for the permanent marking of medical instruments. Particular focus was placed on its high resistance to aggressive cleaning and reprocessing processes.

ART-tech® impresses with its high biocompatibility, which has been extensively tested. The broad colour palette of ART-tech® is cytotoxically harmless. The results of these studies are part of a comprehensive process validation, reducing the risk of potential sources of error and providing added value for our customers. Additionally, ART-tech® offers the advantage over other colour marking systems of being freely processable after application using blasting, brushing, grinding, or polishing.

Manufacturing process – Quality right from the beginning
ART-tech® is the permanent and resistant colour marking for numerous uses. The ART-tech® coloured ceramic is inserted with precision and by hand with subsequent control and hardness tests. An exact quantity of coloured ceramic is inserted into the recess to ensure the result is a completely flush product surface. As no dirt edges are present, optimal cleaning can be achieved.
