Polishing
With our modern systems, we can polish medical instruments and implants made of different materials to a high gloss. This finishing process is used to refine the surface structure by levelling out roughness peaks, which are responsible for a matt appearance.
Blasting technology
Blasting technology is an important area of surface treatment in which small blasting particles are directed onto the workpiece at high pressure. This creates a homogeneous surface that removes production marks, minor scratches or unwanted unevenness. Depending on customer requirements, a particularly rough surface can also be achieved.
Vibratory grinding
Mass finishing is an effective process for deburring and rounding the edges of medical instruments or implants. In this process, the components are set in rotation with special grinding tools and process media, which results in a uniform surface quality.

Sophisticated deburring processes allow us to remove residual burrs for you completely and without leaving any residues.

Cleaning
As a surface finishing specialist, we are able to remove production residues completely and in a process-capable manner. We have the appropriate and validated cleaning method for almost all types of soiling.

Laser Marking
Our state-of-the-art laser systems guarantee precise and permanent marking of medical products. By using different laser systems, we can realise different engraving depths and marking techniques depending on customer requirements.
