Titanium acid etching
for effective cleaning and surface refinement
Through the proprietary titanium acid etching refinement process, impurities can be removed from 3D printing products without leaving any residues and the surface structure can be individually optimised.

With our titanium acid etching refinement process, production residues can be completely and process-reliably removed, resulting in a high-quality final outcome. The homogeneous and uniform material removal is continuously monitored and checked throughout the process.
This allows tailoring of the product’s surface roughness to the individual customer requirements, whereby it is possible to specifically influence integration behaviour in the case of biocompatible implants, for example.
