Our titanium acid etching refinement process allows complete, process-safe removal of production residues, thereby making it possible to achieve a high-quality final result. The homogeneous and even removal of material across the whole workpiece is continually checked by the company‘s in-house laboratories and measuring facilities.
This allows tailoring of the product’s surface roughness to the individual customer requirements, whereby it is possible to specifically influence integration behaviour in the case of biocompatible implants, for example.
The proprietary titanium acid etching refinement process allows us to remove the impurities without leaving any residues. In addition, the technology makes it possible to optimise the surface structure (surface roughness) and brightness of the products to suit the individual customer requirements.
